The Municipality of Novo mesto (Slovenia) will host Circlocal’s 3rd Interregional Workshop on 6 and 7 October 2021, from 10:00 to 12:00 (CEST). The region will feature innovative practices in circular economy spanning the fields of public procurement, such as goods and materials upcycling, waste and forestry management.

The Municipality of Novo Mesto is one regional partner of CircLocal, an European project co-funded by the COSME programme. CircLocal aims to share best practices among local governments, using this knowledge to create roadmaps with local stakeholders and build an international community on circular economy. The consortium is led by Leeuwarden municipality, and partners Novo Mesto, CIM Região de Coimbra and Startup Europe Regions Network.
